Gain Lean Muscle Mass - Simple Tips



Sometimes when you want to gain lean muscle mass it can actually be harder then you thought. Many people claim that it is impossible to put muscle on without putting on fat as well but many of my clients have put on muscle while getting ripped at the same time. 1. Your diet will have to be very clean and you should be focusing on eating plenty of protein. The best protein sources are whole eggs, whey protein, organic milk, chicken breast, salmon and tuna. 2. Train hard but do not overtrain because you will want to rest as much as possible to allow muscle growth to occur. I recommend going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week focusing on upper body and lower body workouts. This will increase the amount of muscle you put on because you will be focusing on all muscles meaning more hormones will be released by your body.
